My helpful sales associate Adina at Nordstrom San Francisco (415.243.8500 ext. 1421) sent me this picture that she took of all of the new twelve Burberry Lip Velvet Long Wear Lipstick. I thought it would be helpful to post them here for you, as the line is rolling out now. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried these yet, but I thought that sometimes a little bit of information on a new lipstick line is best to pass along rather than to remain silent and have you order the wrong color.

Also, on October 20th, Nordstrom San Francisco is having a nice gift with purchase for $150 minimum, including a full size eyeshadow and a mini Burberry buffing brush, and an awesome cosmetic bag. If you call Adina, she can tell you more.

  1. woohoo-thanks!

  2. I cant wait to try them on! Although I was expecting some dark shades as well.. Do you know which is the one Cara Delevingne has on in the campaign?
Again I even love the packaging..as always with Burberry 😉

  3. cara is wearing pink azalea. I was obsessed and bought that and honeysuckle but I want them all. they are amazing and are quite long-lasting!

  4. I love these! I have Peony Rose and Pink Azalea and they’re lovely to wear. I’m planning on getting another one or two, in fact. They’re comfortable and creamy, despite being matte, and they *last*, which nothing ever does on me, so this is amazing. I kind of want them all!

  5. I got Pink Azalea last week. That is my first venture into bolder red lip. Love the color, nicely wearable.
I still prefer the formula of Lip Covers and Lip Mist, they are way more creamier and fell better on my lips, those are my HG lipsticks.

  6. Visited Burberry counter this week and must say that most of the shades have a hint of brown in them. I have purchased a lip cover in Claret and must say that although the shade is really beautiful and stays put, the product is a bit drying….hope lip velvet are not as drying.

  7. Thanks for swatching! I tried 311 and it’s stunning, can’t wait to buy it!

  8. Thrilled to see a yet another lovely (matte!) formula from Burberry, but I was kind of hoping for some darks/wines/burgundies/vampies, too… All of these look too soft, light, warm, bright or colourful for my taste, unfortunately!
