Nars Satin Lip Pencils ($25) each are just being released. Our overview of all shades and the formula is here. This is part of a series of posts that looks at all shades on lips. At the close, we’ll do a wrap up post of all shades again for this 13-pencil release. Here, Nars Lodki is a crowd-pleasing coral that is very easy to wear.

Nars calls this a “vibrant coral.” We found that it is a pretty, brightening shade.

Nars Lodhi on Liz:

These are available at Nars online website, Nars boutiques, Nordstrom.com, Sephora.com, and other Nars retailers.

It looks so wearable on Liz. When I saw some swatches of this lip pencil online, I thought I might be too orange. Now I wonder.
I need to get my hands on this shade!
Can’t wait to pick this one up (along with Yu, Luxembourg, Hyde Park, and Jadin des Plantes.) Nars really knows how t make a quality Lip pencil.
Interesting how undertone really impacts the color of Lodhi. It looks more coral on you, while it pulled very orange on the authors of Temptalia and Pink Sith. Definitely one that should be tried in store before buying, I think.
Still quite beautiful. One of my favorites from the collection!
If it helps, Liz has very little natural pigment in her lips–a soft pink tone.
That’s actually quite helpful, since my lips are pink-toned as well. Lodhi was the shade that really grabbed my eye, but I was worried it would pull too orange on my cool-toned skin. I’ll definitely have to give it a look the next time I head out.
