Use code FAMILY14 for 20% off at Giorgio Armani Beauty until the end of June.  Some things to consider include the Giorgio Armani Luminessence CC Cream (wearing this today, reviewed here).

Also loving the Giorgio Armani Liquid Summer Bronzer (reviewed here). This is genius for a neutral, blendable, layerable look. It makes my skin looks so much better than it really is, by some Armani magic.

The Armani Fluid Sheers are amazing for a perfect glow (swatches here):

I haven’t reviewed them yet, but I’ve been loving the Armani Light Master Primer–it gives me a porcelain-textured finish and a perfect sheen when wearing the product with my Armani Luminous Silk Foundation.  It’s like a secret weapon for youthful, perfected skin.

Another stock-up-worthy staple is the Armani Maestro Eraser Concealer. I like to use this under my eyes over a corrector. The very very very thin layer of product adds only a minimal amount of product there, so the area doesn’t look heavy or cakey. It can be used on the rest of the face as well.

Happy Armani shopping!! P.S. Yves Saint Laurent Beauty also has 20% off right now with the same code FAMILY14.

  1. hi amy!! my local nordie’s finally has an armani counter!! i’ve been searching for a really good under eye concealer. you mention that you use a corrector with the concealer. could you please tell me the kind you use? thankyou very much and thankyou for posting the sales information!! oooh!! xxxx

    • Oh, good. I think Nordstrom price matches. There are a few–I prefer the Armani Corrector in Orange The Armani is thin in texture and effective, so I’m not carrying around a lot of product in my under eye area.

” target=”_blank”>Bobbi Brown has an entire range of peach-based correctors that cancel blue, but strangely the bisque and the peach-based BB correctors seem to work well on me.

I’ve also been having remarkably good luck with this MAC Concealer in shade NW25. I don’t fully understand MAC’s Studio Finish naming scheme (it differs dramatically from its foundation numbering) but this one leans very orange, which cancels out blue. The price/amount is a good buy. It’s a bit emollient, so I strongly recommend a very, very, very tiny dusting of powder with this one to ensure it lasts.

There are several other correctors out there, of course. But these are three that I’ve settled on.
